Mostly hear it with the windows up from the passenger side. Even as rpm drops to 1500 while off throttle sound is the same till about 1000 rpm then fades away. Noise is speed related and does not occur when the clutch is depressed or when coasting in neutral. I have posted a video on youtube of the noise, not sure how clear it is as I recorded it on my phone.
