WebI tried this training method and I really enjoyed it. Before that I've been training the classical bodybuilding way, a lot of volume but I didn't even know what muscle failure was. I still made good gains, but probably because I was in the newbie-gain phase. However it feels weird to only do 3-4 sets per muscle group in a workout.
